- No frame – you don’t need a timber or steel frame as TechTilt walls are load bearing.
- Built-in insulation – quality, fire-resistant insulation is incorporated in every TechTilt wall.
- No external cladding – the attractive solid concrete external panel of a TechTilt wall needs no cladding and can be simply painted or rendered to your desired finish. You can also have textures cast in the wall surface to add a special feature.
- No internal cladding – the internal wall is solid concrete and can be painted similar to any plaster board or any other lining in conventional building, or can be left natural for a modern concrete look.
- Ultimate flexibility – it’s common for clients to decide late in construction that they want extra service points and sometimes, water, data and power need to be moved. With a TechTilt wall, you simply drop services down the vertical cavities included as standard every 600mm.
Importantly, TechTilt walls are engineered to fit within a standard roof construction and you can use your preferred doors and windows.
